The Discover Downtown Johnstown Partnership and sponsoring businesses join the Johnstown Community in Celebrating the Vision Statement developed from the community vision sessions held the past four months.

The City of Johnstown sits at the point formed by the confluence of the Little Conemaugh and Stonycreek Rivers that flow into the Conemaugh River. The majestic Allegheny Mountains frame the natural, effortless beauty of this Historic Pennsylvania destination. There is an abundant collection of historic architecture throughout Johnstown's friendly, safe, and clean central business district that is served by the Inclined Plane. By nurturing these scenic and man-made assets along with the strong work ethic of its diverse ethnic groups, Johnstown grew into a 20th Century Industrial Powerhouse.

Now, utilizing these same natural and human resources, downtown Johnstown is positioned to take advantage of a convergence of forces that will create a dynamic 21st Century City.
